Archbishop (Drink Recipe)


  • Fine Sugar
  • Lemon
  • Crushed ice
  • Port Wine
  • Rum


  1.  Dissolve in a mixing-glass one-half tablespoonful fine sugar in a little water
  2. Add the juice of quarter of a lemon
  3. Fill glass half-full crushed ice
  4.  Add 1oz port wine
  5. Two dashes rum
  6. Shake well
  7. Serve in long thin punch-glass on ice
  8. Trim with fruit
