Roman Punch (Drink Recipe)


Ingredients


  • Three pounds of fine sugar
  • three quarts water
  • the juice of eight lemons
  • one-fourth pint brandy
  • one-fourth pint Jamaica rum
  • Whites of eight eggs

Directions 


  1. Mix three pounds of fine sugar, three quarts water, the juice of eight lemons, one-fourth pint brandy, one-fourth pint Jamaica rum, one-ounce curaƧao together.
  2.  Strain.
  3.  Mix in the beaten whites of eight eggs.
  4. Freeze.
