Review: I had never heard of this distillery so was really curious to try it. We both like the Teeling Single Grain so I figured I’d probably like this one as well and was not disappointed. A smooth whiskey with just enough bite to make it interesting. Generally it’s lovely to see more and more distilleries cropping back up in Ireland, definitely excited to see more from this one!
