For this blog, it is worth doing a post on what this blog is. This site is simply a blog my girlfriend and I started to remind ourselves of the wines and whiskeys we have enjoyed. We looked at some apps for the purpose and didn't like them. For beer there is the untappd app, but for wine and whiskey they don't have the same quality of apps available. So, to be clear, we are not experts. We are simply two people who want to make notes for ourselves and make them available to others. If you find any of our notes on the wines or whiskeys we enjoy useful, great. If not, well then, don't complain because we are not experts, we are simply normal people.
